1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Let’s Print Anything website, and any order you place through it. By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at anmol@foreexcel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing and stock levels accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and update product information, availability and prices at any time without prior notice. If an order is cancelled after payment due to a pricing or stock error, a full refund will be issued.

4. Custom printing and personalization orders

• For orders involving your own artwork, logos, photos or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to that content, or have the necessary permission to use and reproduce it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any digital proof we send before production begins. Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for errors (spelling, placement, color variation within normal tolerance) that were present in the approved proof.
• Minor variations in color, placement or finish between the digital proof and the final printed product may occur due to the nature of UV printing and the surface material — this does not constitute a defect.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on your order and delivery location, additional shipping charges may apply at checkout.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography and design — is the property of Let’s Print Anything or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Print Anything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Let’s Print Anything harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of content you submit for printing, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
