Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Let’s Print Anything (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating this website, collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit our site, create an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Delivery details: shipping address(es), PIN code, and any delivery instructions.
- Order details: products ordered, customization choices, and artwork or design files you upload for printing.
- Enquiry details: information you submit through our custom printing, bulk quote or contact forms, including company name and quantity requirements.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or form, and any attachments included with them.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
- Cart and session data, stored locally in your browser, used to remember items in your cart between visits.
Payment information
All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, see, or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers at any time — these are entered directly on Razorpay’s secure payment page. We only receive and store a payment status, a Razorpay payment/order reference ID, and the amount paid, which we use to confirm and reconcile your order.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process, produce and deliver your orders, including sharing necessary details with our production team and courier partners.
- To verify and reconcile payments made through Razorpay.
- To respond to enquiries, quote requests and support messages.
- To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates and payment receipts.
- To improve our website, products and customer experience.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not send marketing communications without your consent, and you can opt out of any non-essential communication at any time.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely.
- Courier and logistics partners — to deliver your order, limited to your name, phone number and delivery address.
- Email/SMS service providers — to send order and account-related notifications.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who store data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality terms.
- Law enforcement or regulators — where required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and maintain session security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time, though this may log you out or clear your cart.
6. Data retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations (typically up to 8 years for financial records, in line with Indian law). Uploaded artwork files are retained only as long as needed to fulfil the related order, unless you ask us to keep them on file for repeat orders.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

You can, at any time:
- Access, review and update your account details from My Account.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain order and payment records.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at anmol@foreexcel.com.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
