Shipping and Delivery Policy
How we produce, pack and ship your order, and how long it typically takes.

1. Production time
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of your digital proof being approved (or immediately after payment, for non-customized stock items). Bulk and corporate orders may take longer depending on quantity — an estimated timeline is always shared before you confirm a bulk order.
2. Delivery timeframes

These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our courier partners. Delivery times may extend during festive seasons, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Geographical coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time — if you need delivery outside India, contact us at anmol@foreexcel.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order weight, dimensions and delivery location, and are shown at checkout before you complete payment. We may run promotions offering free shipping above a minimum order value from time to time.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. You can also check the live status of any order from My Orders in your account.
6. Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at anmol@foreexcel.com or +91 73789 12534 with your order number. For items damaged in transit, please also refer to our Return and Refund Policy for how replacements are handled.
